Our cycling clothing design experts and technicians have selected two fabrics. They are both ideal for making this fully customizable jersey. These two fabrics are Dryclim+ and Sirtech. They are technically perfect, for outings with moderate intensity, under high heat and medium temperatures. KONY START offers you to customize these textiles to make your outfit a real communication medium. Make your jersey unique with the 3D configurator. It allows you to change the colors and add the logos of the sponsors of your bike club. You can also add text to it to make it truly unique and nominative.

The Dryclim+ Textile

This customizable fabric is perfect for making a jersey that is intended to make cycling trips in summer weather. Indeed, it ensures a rapid evacuation of sweat and heat emitted by your skin while being waterproof. It will therefore protect you from reversals and heavy summer rains often unexpected. With a weight of 115g/m2, your jersey made of Dryclim+ will be very light. Its breathable and highly airy effect is due to its honeycomb polyester microfiber mesh. This also allows the fabric to keep the heat inside the outfit if the outside temperatures are cooler at the end of the effort. Soft, it does not irritate the skin and is hyper-comfortable.

Sirtech Textiles

Sirtech is slightly denser than Dryclim+ with a weight of 125g/m2. However, it is more elastic, and adapts more to the morphologies of each. Its maintenance is easy, indeed, it dries very quickly. This prevents the development of odors after exercise and mold that can appear on a fabric that remains moist. Machine wash it at 40°C after each use and your swimsuit will have a very good lifespan. The fabric will not deteriorate prematurely and the colors of your customization will resist over time.

Hyper-comfortable sleeves

The sleeves of this customizable jersey are short to let the arms breathe during the effort. They are made raglan to leave a great ease in the movements, whether during the effort or to put on and leave the garment.

The back pockets, with bellows, allow you to store all your belongings easily. Your belongings will not bother you and will remain orderly throughout the effort thanks to the closed central pocket

The breathable band at the bottom of the jersey helps hold your bike top while evacuating the heat emitted by the skin.
