The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal. The period runs from the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him. In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately or in the case of an order for a good composed of multiple lots or pieces whose delivery is staggered over a defined period, the period runs from the receipt of the last good or lot or the last piece. The consumer informs the professional of his decision to withdraw by sending him, before the expiry of the period provided, a letter of withdrawal or any other declaration, unambiguous, expressing his willingness to withdraw. Proof of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is the responsibility of the consumer.

The consumer shall return or return the goods to the trader or a person designated by the trader without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the communication of his decision to withdraw. KONY START is not obliged to reimburse additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the professional.

The consumer may be held liable in the event of depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of those goods.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, La Procure undertakes to reimburse the consumer for all sums paid, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. The Procurator makes this refund using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to use another means of payment. KONY and START may defer reimbursement until recovery of the goods or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of these goods, whichever is the earliest. The consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods.
