What is Textile Sublimation?

This men's trail top is fully customizable. To apply your designs to the fabric, KONY START uses a sublimation printing technique. This method dyes the polyester fiber without altering its technical properties. The ink is injected directly into the core of the fabric, ensuring a long-lasting finish.

Ideal for outdoor sportswear, sublimation maintains the fabric’s breathability, flexibility, and comfort. It also provides vivid and intense colors that remain bright wash after wash.

Which Fabric to Choose for Your Technical T-Shirt?

To create your technical trail shirt, KONY START offers three high-performance polyester-based fabrics, each suited to specific uses depending on activity intensity and weather conditions.

Sirtech is an ultra-light and highly breathable fabric thanks to its honeycomb mesh. It is slightly stretchy to ensure optimal freedom of movement. Its excellent drying ability makes it the perfect choice for sporting sessions in hot and dry conditions.

Lightech is slightly thinner, though a little less breathable. Its flexibility is a real asset: it stretches in both directions, offering a natural fit. This fabric also dries quickly and is well suited for prolonged efforts.

Dryclim+ is also lightweight and non-irritating. Highly valued for its hydrophobic properties, it is perfect for training or competitions in rainy weather while effectively regulating body temperature.
