What is textile sublimation?

This men's trail jersey is customizable. To apply your personalization on the garment, KONY START uses a sublimation printing technique of the fabric. This process makes it possible to color the material made from polyester, without altering its technical properties. Indeed, sublimation customization injects the colored ink directly into the fibers of the textile.

This process is therefore perfect for the customization of outdoor sports, which must be breathable, flexible and comfortable. In addition, this technique of printing trail jersey allows to have colors thus bright and intense, which do not fade in the wash.

Which material to choose?

For the making of your trail t-shirt, KONY START offers three technical materials. All three made from polyester, they have different properties that meet different types of uses and comfort.

Sirtech is a very light and breathable material thanks to its honeycomb mesh. It is slightly stretchy to leave you comfortable and flexible in your movements. Its high breathability allows it to dry very quickly to have excellent comfort throughout your trail. This material is ideal for a jersey used during outings in very good weather.

Lightech is a slightly lighter material, but also a little less breathable. However, it has good elasticity, both on the height and on the height of the T-shirt. Like Sirtech, this fabric dries very easily and has a very good breathability.

Dryclim+ is also a very light fabric, which is not irritating and is mostly hydrophobic. It therefore allows you to do sports in rainy weather without being too hot or too cold.
